Where Do We Go?

Enter at the Alpine Valley Resort entrance, aka the “A-Frame.”

 

The campground is located in the former Green Lot parking area.  You then walk down Pond Road to get to the main theatre and the other parking lots.

Plan Ahead!

• Be sure everyone has a concert ticket
• Be sure you have everyone who will be camping in your vehicle as those not with you will not be issued wristbands at a later time.
• Consolidate all people and belongings into the vehicle that will remain onsite for the duration of the event. Additional vehicles need to be parked elsewhere.
• If you want to have a campsite next to others or have multiple campsites, all parties for all campsites should arrive at the same time and in sequence as sites will not be held for later arrivals.

Upon Entry

• Stay right on Resort Road.
• Turn at your first right which is Pond Road and you will be directed to the campground entry and staging area.
• Remember that only one vehicle is permitted per campsite.
• All parties must be present at check in to receive wristbands for your campsite.  At this time, your concert tickets or status of tickets at will call will also be verified.
• You will be assigned a campsite upon your arrival.  If you have multiple campsites, you should plan to arrive with others in your party to get adjoining campsites.  Campsites will not be “held” for those arriving later in the day.
• For your safety and the safety of your fellow campers, all vehicles, vehicle contents, belongings, and individuals are subject to search.
• Once you enter, you will not be able to leave with your vehicle. You should make arrangements with a cab, Uber, or other service should you wish to leave during the day.
